Mostly self-taught, Debora Mauser has been in the jewelry field for almost 20 years, the last 12, handcrafting her own designs. Moving from student to teacher was anatureal extension of her process in this field. Debora loves texture and color. Her first love is wire, but lately metalsmithing and color in many shapes have influenced her work. Debora's style of teaching is very low key and her classes are stress free while being crammed with useful knowledge.
Debora teaches at many venues across the nation including William Holland School, Sawtooth Center for Creative Arts, Bead & Button Show, and Bead Fest events. She has been a member of Nunn's Innovative Design Team and her work has been published in national magazines.
