Mardi Gras is all about fun, king cakes, traditions, parades, carnival celebrations, floats throwing of beads, eating of rich foods, and wearing crazy costumes. It is a time when family and friends come together to celebrate before the coming of Lent !! It is a wonderful time of the year !!

 

Class description:

You will embellish these elegant mask with decorative paints, Swarovski crystal and feathers. So many colors of paints, crystals and feathers to choose from. This festive project is pure therapy ...It is so much fun to make !! You will be able to use it as a pin or hang it from a chain.  Call, friends or  family members and do this project together.

 

You will Learn:

Painting on metal, attaching crystals and feathers. how to attach pins to the back of pendant and jump ring for chain.

 

Skills Covered:

Design, painting on metal, emblishing with crystals and feathers, how to glue crystals so they do not fall out, attaching pins to back of mask, and add a jump ring for chain.

Everything needed to complete this project

No experience necessary

 

​Tools to Bring:

None ! Students will use studio tools. Just bring your imagination and creativity.

 

​What to Wear:

Comfortable and/or old clothes. Latex gloves, apron, safety glasses and mask will be provided if needed.

No refunds are provided if you cannot attend your scheduled class.  You may send someone in your place if you let us know to expect them.  We reserve the right to cancel a class at anytime.  If that happens, for any reason, you will receive a full refund.  In case of inclement weather, we will reschedule the class or give a full refund.
